Sweater Works is committed to providing quality products to our customers. However, if you are not totally satisfied with your purchase, you may return the garment for exchange or refund. Please read the following conditions carefully.
 

Return of non-faulty goods

With regard to goods which are non-faulty, but require exchange (eg for size or colour) or refund, only unworn garments may be returned.

You must notify our office by phone, fax or email within seven (7) days of receiving the goods. Garments must be returned in original condition and your receipt must be included as proof of purchase, along with your return address and contact number. The cost of postage to Sweater Works is the responsibility of the purchaser. Sweater Works will then send the replacement garment/s free of postage charge within Australia. Outside Australia, normal international rates will apply. Refunds will be processed using the credit card provided for the original sale and the receipt will be posted to you.

Faulty Goods

If your garment is faulty, our policy is to repair or replace the goods or refund the price of those goods at our discretion. You must notify our office by phone, fax or email so that postage arrangements can be made. The faulty goods may be returned worn or unworn along with proof of purchase, return address and contact number. Please ensure that worn garments are laundered before returning.
