How to Order

Select Products

Select 'Our Products' to view the Sweater Works product range, and select a subcategory of Mens, Ladies or Accessories. Click on an individual garment to view a larger image of the garment, it's price, and size/color availability. To add the item to your shopping cart, select a Size and Color, then click 'Add to Cart'.

Repeat the above steps for each garment which you wish to purchase. At any time you can view a summary of the items in your shopping cart on the left hand panel, or click 'Cart' to view the details of all items in your cart.

Checkout

Once you have added all desired garments to your shopping cart, click the 'Checkout' link on the left hand panel, or the 'Proceed to Checkout' button from the shopping cart page. Enter your details for billing and delivery, including a password which will automatically register you at Sweater Works. The next time you shop, you are able to login using your email address and password, which will retrieve your saved details and populate the fields automatically. Click 'Continue'.

Delivery Method

The system will automatically determine the Delivery Methods available for your delivery destination, the estimated time to delivery, and the cost of each calculated according to the destination and weight of garments. Select your preferred delivery method and click 'Continue'.

Confirm and Select Payment

The following screen is a final confirmation of your order, including the total cost which now includes the delivery cost and GST if delivering to Australia. If you are happy to proceed with the order click 'Confirm Order'.

Now that your order has been confirmed, you must select your method of Payment:

Pay by Credit Card

Real-time Credit Card payment is the quickest and easiest way to pay at Sweater Works. Selecting 'Credit Card' will take you to a SSL secured area of the Sweater Works site, where you can safely enter your Credit Card details for either Visa, MasterCard, Bankcard or American Express. The card details will be encrypted and securely passed to the bank for verification and approval. It is important to note that your credit card details are not stored by Sweater Works.

*Due to security precautions, this option is only available when delivering to an approved country. If this option is not available, you must select an alternate payment method below.

Cash on Delivery

Available for Australia only, payment by C.O.D. allows the flexibility to pay by cash, EFTPOS or Credit Card in person at your local Australia Post office. The order will be delivered to your nearest Australia Post outlet, and you will receive a notification in the mail that your order is ready for payment and collection. This notification will include the address of the Australia Post outlet where your order will be held. Simply present the notification at the Australia Post counter, pay the total amount and collect your order.

Direct Debit

Payment by Direct Debit allows you to transfer funds directly into the Sweater Works bank account. After ordering, you will be given details of the account to debit your payment. Using your own Direct Debit facility, transfer the total order cost to this account, quoting your order number in the comment field. All payments must be in Australian Dollars (AUD); request your bank to convert from your local currency if possible. Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully received.

It is important that Sweater Works receives one payment equal to the total order cost, and that the order number is quoted in the comment field.

Fax

Payment by Fax allows you to pay by Credit Card by faxing the details of your order and payment through to Sweater Works. After ordering, you must print a copy of your order, which will include a section for you to enter your Credit Card details. Fill out these details and fax the order to Sweater Works (fax number provided on order completion). Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully processed.

*Due to security precautions, this option is only available when delivering to an approved country. If this option is not available, you must select an alternate payment method.

Mail

Payment by Mail allows you to pay by Credit Card, Cheque or Money Order by mailing your order along with payment through to Sweater Works. After ordering, you must print a copy of your order, which will include a section for you to enter your Credit Card details. Either fill the credit card details out, or attach a cheque or money order for the total order amount, and mail the order to Sweater Works (mailing address provided on order completion). All payments must be in Australian Dollars (AUD). Orders will be processed and shipped once payment has been successfully processed (including clearance of cheques).

*Due to security precautions, Credit Card payment is only permitted when delivering to an approved country. Sweater Works will still accept payment by Cheque or Money Order from other countries.

Order Tracking

Once you have placed an order, you can review the details of the order and track its status in the 'My Account' section. Use your email address and password to login. You will also receive an email notification whenever the status of your order changes (e.g. from 'In Processing' to 'Dispatched').
